Browser recomendations:
Varying monitor settings may affect the accuracy of actual colours of work shown. If you are using a PC, we recommend you view our site using Mozilla Firefox. If you are using a Mac (OSX or above), we recommend you view our site using Mozilla Firefox or Safari. Our site has been checked and can be viewed on Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator although irregularities may occur and certain functions may not be executed as intended.

Personal Data/Cookies:
Personal data received during the order process is used for the purposes of fulfilling orders. Any email addresses added to the mailing list will be used soley by Byplay to inform you of studio information we think is relevenat and will not be given to any third parties.

Pre-orders:
Our Pre-order options mean you are able to order the print of your choice before production begins. The artwork will then be sent out to you when it is available, no longer than 28 days after you have ordered. This is only available to subscribers. Using the pre-order service entitles subscribers to benefit with 10% discount on new releases only. To become a subscriber click here!

Your Walls:
Through our blog we have a “Your Walls” categorie. Any images or information sent to Byplay will be uploaded here at our discretion. Please be aware that not every email will be included on the ‘Your Walls’ page.

Shipping:
All work is sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Due to the nature of our products we cannot keep every individual item in stock.

Postage to the United Kingdom is £7 and overseas is £15. However you can make arrangements to pick up you order in person.

Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be borne at the customer expense. Byplay has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs. Shipment is sent via Royal Mail’s overseas services and insurance is obtained for all overseas goods. Currently we do not offer refunds or returns on any overseas items. However we wil listen to individual cases and be as fair as possible.

Payment Information:
Your credit card details are not stored by Byplay. Card details are securely delivered directly via Paypal.
All payments are taken in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP), and will be charged at the current exchange rate. All prices exclude VAT until checkout.

If any item is not in stock you will be notified and refunded in full within 48 hours of confirmation of your order.

Returns:
All damages must be reported by email within 24 hours of the goods being received. Refunds will only be applicable where Byplay is deemed to be in contravention of the terms set out herein. A refund will be given strictly at the discretion of Byplay. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

Damages Goods:
If your item is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately. Please retain the product and packing and Byplay will contact Royal Mail who will be repsonsible for addressing and compensating the damage claim. Do not return the damaged product to Byplay, notify us immediately and we will advise on the appropriate course of action.

Christmas Delivery:
We are unable to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery of any order made after the 15th December.
